ٿهان ṭhān S̱. s. (dakh.) Place of binding an ani- mal.

ٿنکنا ṭanknā H v. n. To be stitched.

ٿوک ṭūk S̱. (स्तोक Little, small) s. m. 1. A piece, a little, a particle, an atom, a bit. 2. A single beat of a drum.

ٿيس ṭīs H s. f. A throb, throbbing, a shooting pain. ٿيس مارنا ṭīs mārnā, To throb, shoot.

ٿٿيـﮩرا ṭaṭīhrā S̱. s. m. 1. (टिट्टिभ) A sand- piper (Tringa goensis). ٿٿيـﮩري سي آسمان تهاما جاٴيگا ṭaṭīhrī se āsmān thāmā jāʼegā? Will the sky be supported by the sandpiper? Applied to a person who undertakes an enterprise far above his strength. (This bird being said to sleep with its legs extended upwards, as if to prop the firmament). 2. A kind of rattle.

ٿهک ٿهک ṭhak ṭhak H s. m. f. 1. Hard work, harassing labour, difficulties. 2. A sound.

ٿکوا ṭakūʼā तर्कु S̱. s. m. A spindle. See تکوا.

ٿلوا ṭalūʼā H s. m. A man who watches over a ٿال ṭāl, q. v.

ٿهٿ ṭhaṭ तट S̱. s. m. Bank, shore. See تٿ.
