اصطلاح iṣt̤ilāh A (inf. viii. of صلح) s. f. A phrase, idiom, technical term, figure in rhetorick. (Pl. اصطلاحات).

اصطلاحي iṣt̤ilāḥ-ī A adj. Idiomatical, phraseological, technical. اصطلاحي معني iṣt̤ilāḥī maﻌnī, Idiomatical meaning or acceptance.

اطلاع it̤t̤ilāﻌ A (inf. viii. of طلوع) s. f. Manifesting, notice, declaring, investigation, information, informing, knowledge, insight. ¶ it̤lāﻌ (inf. iv. of طلوع) Information. اطلاع کرنا it̤t̤ilāﻌ karnā, To acquaint, inform, apprize.

اطلاق it̤lāḳ A (inf. iv. of طلق) s. m. 1. Setting at liberty; divorcing; disengagedness; freedom. 2. Rendering absolute or universal.

اطلس at̤las A s. m. Satin.

بطلان but̤lān A s. f. Abortion, falseness, vanity, the becoming of no effect.

طلا t̤ilā P s. m. 1. Gold. 2. Gold fringe. طلابافي t̤ilā-bāf-ī, s. f. Gold-tissue. طلاساز t̤ilā-sāz, or طلاکار t̤ilā-kār, s. m. A gilder. طلاکاري t̤ilā-kār-ī, s. f. Gilding.

طلا t̤ilā A s. An ointment, liniment, embrocation. طلاکرنا t̤ilā karnā, To anoint, besmear, embro- cate.

طلاق t̤alāḳ A (from طلق) s. f. Divorce, repudia- tion.

طلاقت t̤alāḳat A s. f. Eloquence or freedom (of tongue).

طلاوت t̤alāwat A (from طلا) s. f. Grace, beauty, elegance.

طلاوه t̤ilāwa A. (corrupt. of طليعه or طلايع) s. m. Night-watch, rounds, piquet, patrole.

طلايانه t̤ilā-yāna P (from طلا) adj. Golden.

طلايه t̤ilāya A. (corrupt. of طليعه or طلايع) s. m. Night-watch, rounds, piquet, patrole.

طلاٴي t̤ilā-ī P adj. Golden, gilded.
