احضار iḥẓār A (inf. iv. of حضر) s. m. Act of causing to be present; summoning; a summons.

استحضار istiḥẓār A (inf. x. of حضور) s. m. Calling, citing to appear, summoning before.

اوضاع auẓāﻌ A s. plur. (of وضع) Behaviour, man- ners, breeding, politeness, &c.

ضابطه ẓābit̤a A s. m. Canon, ordinance, law, rule, regulation. (Plur. ضوابط).

ضاحک ẓāḥik A (part. act. of ضحک Heb. and Ch. and To laugh) 1. Satyrist, mock- er, ridiculer. 2. Name of a poet.

ضارب ẓārib A part. act. (of ضرب) Beating, bruising, striking, stamping, coining.

قضات ḳuẓāt A s. plur. (of قاضي) Judges, jus- tices. ¶ ḳaẓʼat (from قضئي ḳaẓiʼa, To rot, to spoil) s. f. Vice, disgrace, stain.

مضاربه muẓāraba A inf. (III. of ضرب Heb. ) s. m. A battle, conflict, combat.

مضارع muẓāriﻌ A (part. act. III. of ضرع) 1. adj. Resembling. 2. s. m. The aorist (in grammar).
