اتهوا अथ Now, &c. and वा Or atha-vā S. conj. Or. S. اتي इति (r. इ Go) itī, a particle implying Cause, manifestation, reference, something ad- ditional, conclusion: and may be translated by Thus therefore, lo, behold, et cetera, so says, finis, the end; in which latter sense it is usually written like زیاده چه in Persian and تم in Arabic, at the end of a book, letter, &c.

بتهوا bathūʼā वास्तूक S̱. s. m. A kind of greens or potherbs (Chenopodium album).

تهوتهلا thothlā H adj. Blunt, not sharp, dull.

تهوتهنا thūthnā S̱. s. m. (थोथ) The mouth of a horse, camel, &c.

تهوتهني thūthnī S̱. s. f. (थोथ) The mouth of a horse, camel, &c.

تهوتهڙا thūthṛā थोथ S̱. s. m. Mouth.

تهودي thūdī H s. f. See ٿهڐي ṭhuḍḍī.

تهور thor H adj. A little, small, scarce, few, scanty, seldom, some, less. تهوڙابـﮩت thoṛā bahut, adj. More or less. تهوڙاتهوڙا thoṛā thoṛā, A little, by degrees. تهوڙاتهوڙا هونا thoṛā thoṛā honā, To be ashamed, to shrink with shame. تهوڙي سي تهوڙا thoṛe se thoṛā, adj. Very little.

تهوني thūnī H s. f. A post, pillar, column.

تهوهر thūhar H s. m. The name of a plant. (Euphorbia neriifolia. Roxb.).

تهوٴي thawaʼī स्थपति S̱. s. m. A mason, a bricklayer, an architect.

تهوپ thop H s. m. An ornament at the end of the bamboo of a pālkī, &c., head, topping.
