ٿکر ṭakkar H s. f. Shoving, pushing, push, shoul- dering, knocking against, collision, striking a blow, butt, butting, the knocking of head to head; equality. ٿکرپـﮩ‍اڙسي ليني ṭakkar pahāṛ se lenī, To enter the lists against an antagonist of greatly superiour force. ٿکر کهانا ṭakkar khā- nā, 1. To stumble. 2. To be dashed against any thing. 3. To meet with a loss or misfor- tune. ٿکر مارنا ṭakkar mārnā, 1. To knock against. 2. (met. from the suppliantsʼ striking their heads on the ground) To pray. 3. To curse.

ٿال t̤āl H 1. verbal n. f. (from ٿالنا) Evasion, put- ting aside, putting off or out of the way, re- jecting a request. 2. s. f. A heap (of grain, &c.), a stack, a rick. 3. Baldness from age. 4.
