ٿنکا ṭankā H s. m. The jingle (of plates, dishes, &c.).

ٿانکهـ ṭānkh H s. (in Guzerat) An under-ground reservoir for water, a tank.

To stumble. 2. To be dashed against any thing. 3. To meet with a loss or misfor- tune. ٿکر مارنا ṭakkar mārnā, 1. To knock against. 2. (met. from the suppliantsʼ striking their heads on the ground) To pray. 3. To curse.

ٿهيک ṭhīk H 1. adj. Exact, even, accurate, com- plete, just, fit, meet, proper, reasonable, true, regular, right; adv. Exactly, &c. 2. (met.) Parsimonious. 3. s. m. Sum, addition. ٿهيک ٿهاک ṭhīk ṭhāk, adj. Exact, fit, proper, accu- rate; properly, fitly, accurately, adequately. ٿهيک آنا ṭhīk ānā, v. n. To fit, correspond, suit, answer, apply. ٿهيک ٿهاک کرنا ṭhīk ṭhāk karnā, v. a. To put to rights, correct, adjust, fit. ٿهيک کرنا ṭhīk karnā, v. a. 1. To put to rights, to correct, to adjust, to adapt, fit. 2. To beat.
