تانڐو तांडव tānḍav S s. m. Dancing, especially with violent gesticulation. (Particularly applied to the frantick dance of the god Siva and his votaries).

تحرير taḥrīr A (inf. ii. of حرّ) s. f. 1. Writing correctly, writing, description. 2. Manumission. 3. adj. Written, dated. (Plur. تحارير taḥārīr). تحريراقليدس taḥrīr-i-uḳledas, Euclidʼs elements. تحريرکرنا taḥrīr karnā, To write, describe, re- cord. تحريرهونا taḥrīr honā, To be written, &c.

تکرر takarrur A (inf. v. of کرّ) s. m. Repetition, repeating, reiterating, persevering.

تـﮩس نـﮩس tahas-nahas H adj. Ruined, destroyed, dispersed. (Arab. نحس).

تلخي talḵẖ-ī P s. f. Bitterness, acrimony.

تجسس tajassus A (inf. v. of جسّ) s. m. f. Spying, exploring, search, inquiry, investigation, curiosity, inquisitiveness. تجسس کرنا tajassus karnā, To pry into, to search diligently, to ex- plore.

تخريب taḵẖrīb A (inf. ii. of خرب Heb.

تسلسل tasalsul A (inf. ii. of سلسله) s. m. 1. Con- necting like a chain, concatenation, association of ideas, infinite series, succession. 2. Flowing (as, of water).
