Prodigality, consumption, expense. تلف المال خلف العمر talafu-l-māl ḵẖalafu-l-uﻌmr, The loss of riches is the prolongation of life. تلف کرنا talaf karnā, To ruin, to waste, consume, des- troy. تلف هونا talaf honā, To be unfortunate, to meet with a loss, to be destroyed.

تهوپ thop H s. m. An ornament at the end of the bamboo of a pālkī, &c., head, topping.

ترترانا tartarānā H v. n. To bluster, to boast.
