تکدر takaddur A (inf. v. of کدر) s. m. Muddiness, turbidness, dregs; dulness, moroseness, sullenness, disquietude of mind.

ترنگي तरंगी tarang-ī S adj. Braggart, fantas- tical, whimsical.

تهوڙا thoṛā H adj. A little, small, scarce, few, scanty, seldom, some, less. تهوڙابـﮩت thoṛā bahut, adj. More or less. تهوڙاتهوڙا thoṛā thoṛā, A little, by degrees. تهوڙاتهوڙا هونا thoṛā thoṛā honā, To be ashamed, to shrink with shame. تهوڙي سي تهوڙا thoṛe se thoṛā, adj. Very little.

تاڙن tāṛan S (ताडन) (r. तड Beat) s. m. Punishment, admo- nition, reproof, penalty. تاڙناکرنا tāṛnā karnā, To reprove, punish, chastise.

تمال तमाल tamāl S s. m. Name of a tree noted for the dark hue of its blossoms. (Xanthocy- mus pictorius).

توا tawā P. (تاوه or تابه) s. m. 1. The iron plate on which bread is baked. 2. The part of a ḥuḳḳa to which the tobacco is fixed, or the tobacco it- self. 3. An iron mirror. ¶ tauwā (dakh.) See تابه tāba. توي پوکي کهلي هونا tauwe po kī khillī honā (dakh.) To be unsettled or agitated.

تزايد tazāyud A (inf. vi. of زيادت) s. m. In- crease.

تڙانا tuṛānā S̱. (caus. of توڙنا) v. a. To cause to break.

ترپانا turpānā H v. a. To stitch, to darn, to hem.
