تنعيم tanʼīﻌm A (inf. ii. of نعم) s. m. 1. Bestowing abundance. 2. Saying نعم yes (in confirmation of a debt, &c.).

تاهري tāhirī H s. f. A kind of dish, viz. Rice boiled with baṛī (वटि), which consists of pulse (Phaseolus radiatus) ground in a wet state, mixed with ginger, pepper, &c. and dried in small lumps.

تونبا tūmbā तुम्बिका S̱. s. m. A hollowed gourd, the rind of a gourd in which beggars carry water, &c.

تهاتي thātī S̱. (स्थापित) s. f. A trust, what is given in charge, a charge.

تپ tap S 1. (तप) s. f. Heat, warmth. 2. (तपः) s. m. Devout austerity, religious pe- nance.

تتنا titnā S̱. m. (तावत्) adj. So many, so much. تتني مين titne meṅ, In so much (time).

ترکتاز turk-tāz P m. s 1. Inroad, depredation, attack. 2. Feigned anger (of a lover). 3. Walking affectedly or with a tossing about of the body.
