تپش tapish P (from تپيدن) s. f. 1. Affliction, agi- tation, palpitation. 2. Heat, warmth.

تجار tujjār A (plur. of تاجر used as a singular in Hind.) s. m. A merchant.

تومڙا tomṛā S̱. s. m. (तुम्बी) A hollowed gourd. (Cucurbita lagenaria).

تولي taulī H s. f. A vessel used by Hindūs.

تصوير taṣwīr A (inf. ii. of صورت) s. f. A picture, portrait, an image. تصويرخانه taṣwīr-khāna, A picture-gallery. تصويربنانا or تصويرکهينچنا taṣwīr banānā or taṣwīr khaiṅchnā, To draw, &c. to paint. (Arab. plur. تصويرات).

تياگي त्यागी tyāg-ī S s. m. Abandoner, relin- quisher, forsaker, abdicator; but chiefly applied to the religious ascetick or him who abandons terrestrial objects, thoughts, passions, &c.

تيوندها tyondhā H adj. Dim-sighted, purblind.
