پرکهانا parkhānā S̱. (causal of پرکهنا q. v.) v. a. To cause to inspect, examine, try or prove.

Anticipating, being beforehand, surpassing, one who ex- cels; (subst.) deputy, manager or assistant (in office). پيش دستي pesh-dast-ī, s. f. The being or paying beforehand, anticipation, excelling, surpassing, preeminence, excellence, aggression. پيش دستي کرنا pesh-dast-ī karnā, To anticipate, &c. پيش رس pesh-ras, adj. Early (fruit, grain, &c.). پيش رفت pesh-raft, adj. Making im- pression, successful, efficient, effectual (gene- rally applied to words that are attended to).
