پچهلا pichhlā S̱. (from پيچها q. v.) adj. Hindermost, hind, hinder, latter, last, late, modern. پچهلي پانوهٿنا pichhle pāṅw haṭnā, To withdraw from oneʼs agreement.

پرچنا parachnā परिचयन S̱. v. n. To be made acquainted, to be introduced.

پيدايش paidā-ịsh P (from پيدا) s. f. Birth, crea- tion, production; earnings, produce, profit.

پيار pyār S̱. or piyār (प्रीति) s. m. f. Love, affection, fondness. پيارکرنا pyār karnā, To fondle, caress.

پهپهولا phapholā S̱. (स्फोट) s. m. A blister. پهپهولي پهوٿني phaphole phūṭne, v. n. To be blistered; it is used to express the mind being blistered, to be afflicted. پهپهولي دل کي پهوڙني phaphole dil ke phoṛne, To satisfy a revenge that has long been rankling in oneʼs breast.

پوزه pūza P s. m. The lip (of a horse, particu- larly).

پچاس pachās पंचाशत् S̱. adj. Fifty.

پني पुण्य puṇya S s. m. Virtue, moral or reli- gious merit.
