پيرا pīrā पीत S̱. adj. Yellow. See پيلا pīlā.

پاندان pān-dān पर्णाधार S̱. s. m. A box for holding betel and its apparatus.

پکنا paknā पचन S̱. v. n. To be dressed or cooked, to ripen; to suppurate (as, an inflam- mation, bile, &c.); to turn grey (hairs). پکاپکايا pakā pakāyā, Ready cooked.

پيزار paizār P. s. f. A slipper, a shoe. پيزاراپيزاري paizārā-paizārī, s. f. Fighting or mutual beating with slippers. پيزارپٿي ياکاري paizār-paṭṭī or -kārī, Act of beating with slippers. پيزارخور paizār-ḵẖor, adj. Abject, mean, base (q. d. fit or deserving to be beaten with slippers). پيزارسي paizār se, An expression of contempt, signifying it concerns not or affects not me, I care not. پيزارکهانا paizār khānā, To be beaten with slip- pers.

پچهورا pichhaurā H s. m. A cloth or sheet worn round the waist or thrown carelesly over the head.
