بهيچک bhaichak भयचकित S̱. adj. Alarmed, aghast, starting. See بهچک bhachak.

باهري bāhir-ī S̱. adj. Outward, outer, outside, extraneous, foreign; stranger, foreigner.

برخورد bar-ḵẖụrd P s. f. Success, the obtaining oneʼs desires.

بلبلانا balbalānā H v. n. 1. To ferment (as, sour milk, curds, &c.). 2. To be inflamed with lust. 3. To make a noise (a camel) from lust. ¶ bil- bilānā, v. n. To be restless, to be tormented with pain, to complain from pain or grief, to lament, to blubber.

بگ bag वक S̱. See s. بک bak. بگپانت bag- pānti, s. f. A row or line of cranes. بگ چال bag-chāl, s. f. Walking slowly (like a crane). S̱. H. بگ چهندالگنا bag-chhandā lagnā (باگهـ A ti- ger, and چهاندنا To tether) v. n. To be stu- pified or petrified with fear at the sight of a tiger.

بهڙنگ bhaṛang H adj. Simple, undesigning, silly, artless, having the quality of telling secrets without reserve.

بهرنگي bhringī S̱. (Sans. भृंग) s. f. 1. A kind of wasp, called also کمهاري kumhārī, q. v. (Vespa solitaria). 2. A large black bee, a humble bee.

بتا batā H s. m. 1. A bamboo lath, a thin slip of bamboo. 2. An oblong stone on which pow- ders are levigated.

بالوچري bālūcharī H adj. (Silk cloth) made in Bālūchar near Murshidābād.

بهيرون bhairoṅ भैरव S̱. s. m. 1. The name of a rāg or musical mode sung at dawn in autumn. (It is represented by Mahādeva with the Ganges flowing from his head and the rāg issuing from that deityʼs mouth). 2. A name of Siva; see بهيرو bhairav.
