بهونرکلي bhauṅar kalī H s. f. A kind of halter (for horses or dogs). See بهنورکلي.

بهرکٿي bhirkuṭī S or bhr̤ikuṭī (भृकुटी) s. f. 1. The eyebrow. 2. A frown, a contraction of the brows. P.A. بـﮩرکيف ba-har-kaif, adv. By any means.

بٿاٴي baṭāʼī S̱. (from بٿنا To twist) s. f. Hire paid for twisting ropes, &c.

بهونر bhaṅẉar S̱. or bhauṅr (r. भ्रम Turn round) s. m. A whirlpool.

بدهاوا badhāwā H s. m. 1. A song in congratu- lation. 2. Presents, &c. carried to the house of a woman on the sixth or fortieth day after childbirth.

بالا बाला bālā S 1. s. f. A female child, a girl not exceeding sixteen. 2. A medicinal and fra- grant plant. 3. s. m. An earring. 4. (for Sans. बाल) A male child, a boy. بالاچاند bālā chānd, The new moon.

بشريت bashrīyat A s. f. Humanity, human na- ture.

بيدانتي bedānt-ī S (वेदांती) s. m. One who is conversant in the bedānt system.

بترانا batrānā S̱. (from वार्त्ता) v. n. To talk, to converse, to speak.

بهيکاري bhīkārī S̱. s. m. (dakh.) See بهکهاري bhi- khārī.
