بانٿنا bānṭnā वंटनं S̱. v. a. To share, distri- bute, divide, participate, dispose.

بايان bāyāṅ वाम S̱. adj. Left (hand, &c.). s. m. The bass part in musick, the bass sound (especially, of طبله t̤abla, ڐولک ḍholak and پکهاوج pakhāwaj, which are played on with the left hand). بايان پانوپوجنا bāyāṅ pāṅw pūj- nā, To acknowledge the cunning of an artful person.

بنديا bundiyā S̱. (from विंदु) s. f. A kind of sweetmeat (like drops).

بخشنده baḵẖshanda P part. act. (from بخشيدن) Giving, giver, bestower, pardoner, donor.

بساط bisāt̤ A (from بسط) s. f. What is spread out; carpeting, bedding, a chess-board, dice-board, expanse, surface, expansion, &c. This word is, also, adopted for h. بسات bisāt, q. v. ¶ basāt̤, An extensive plain.
