بيدوا bed-wā S̱. s. m. A reader of the Beds.

بيندا baindā H s. m. A mark placed on the fore- head as a preparative to devotion among the Hindūs. See ٿکلي and تلک.

بغلي bag̠ẖl-ī P (from بغل) 1. adj. Relating to the armpit, axillary. 2. s. f. A disorder in camels when they rub the thigh against the belly. 3. A purse. 4. A kind of dumb bell used in exer- cise. 5. A sort of dress, the bottom of which is under the armpits. 6. The action of a bird putting its head under its wing. بغلي تکيه bag̠ẖlī takiya, A bolster for the sides.

بلديا baldiyā S̱. (See s̱. بردي) s. m. A cow-herd, a bullock-driver, a drover, a grain-merchant.

بيري bīrī H s. f. A composition which being rub- bed on the teeth stains their interstices of a red- dish colour.

برمنا biramnā S̱. (वि and r. रम Rest) v. n. To stop, to remain, to delay.

بيلا belā S (वेला) s. f. A while, a time.
