بيان byān S̱. (from بيانا, q. v.) s. m, Birth, act of parturition. چاربيان گائي or چاربيان کي گائي A cow that has calved four times. ايک بيان جامک Having produced two calves at a birth.

بيزاري bezār-ī P s. f. Anger, bad humour, dis- pleasure.

بهکهاري bhikhārī S̱. (भिक्षाहारी from भिक्षा Alms, आ and r. हृ Take) s. m. A beggar.

بال bāl P s. m. A wing, a pinion. بال فشان bāl-fishān, Expanding the wings. بال افشاني bāl-afshānī or بال فشاني bāl-fishānī, s. f. Ex- pansion or shaking of the wings. بال شکسته bāl-shikasta, Distressed, wretched.

بنا banā H 1. s. m. A bridegroom. 2. part. (of بنا bannā or بنانا) Made, prepared, having made, &c.

برداشت bar-dāsht P (from برداشتن) s. f. En- durance, patience. برداشت کرنا bar-dāsht karnā, To endure, to bear with patience. برداشت هونا bar-dāsht hona, To be tolerable.

ببري baburī S̱. (वर्वुर) s. f. The name of a tree of the Mimosa kind. (There are several species, but the commonest is Arabica. Roxb.) The acacia tree.

بطن bat̤n A (Heb. ) s. m. The belly. P. A. بطور ba-t̤aur, By the way, in the manner.

بارو bārū H s. f. Gunpowder.

برخي barḵẖe P s. A little, somewhat, a small part.
