بيسر besar H s. f. The small ring worn in the nose.

بهوتني bhūtnī S̱. (from بهوت) s. f. A female demon or goblin.

براتي barāt-ī व्राती S̱. s. m. The company and attendants at a marriage.

برن वरुण barun S or varuṇa, s. m. 1. The god of water. 2. Name of a tree. (Cratæva tapia, or Capparis trifoliata).

بهبهوت bhabhūt S̱. or bhabhūti (विभूति) s. f. Ashes of cow-dung which faḳīrs rub over their bodies.

بوندا būndā विंदु S̱. s. m. A large drop. بونداباندي būndā bāndī, Small and interrupted drop- ping of rain.

برشا वर्षाः barshā S or varsh̤ā, s. f. 1. The rains, the third season (of the six) comprising Sāwan and Bhādoṅ. 2. Rain. بهنسنا bhaṅsnā S̱. (r. भस Shine) v. n. To float. S. بهنک भणक (r. भण Sound) bhaṇak, s. f. A low sound, a distant sound, hum.
