بهوکهنا bhokhna S̱. (भषण r. भष Bark) v. n. To bark. See بهونکنا bhaunknā. S. بهوگ भोग (r. भुज Eat, enjoy) bhog, s. m. 1. Enjoyment, suffering. 2. Pleasure, satisfac- tion. 3. Possession. 4. Eating, victuals. بهوگ کرنا bhog karnā, To enjoy, to suffer.

بيا bayā वयः S̱. s. m. 1. The name of the little bird that learns to fetch and carry, &c. and which the Hindūs teach to snatch the orna- mental patch or wafer from the forehead of their mistresses. (Loxia Indica). 2. An assizer.

بندهک बंधक bandhak S s. m. A pledge, a pawn.

بي اڙ bīʼaṛ H s. f. Seed-bed, seedplot.

بيگاري begār-ī H s. f. The act of pressing or forcing to work. بيگاري لينا begārī lenā, To take forcibly or press, with or without pay.

بهدبهدانا bhadbhadānā H v. a. 1. To make a sound by striking two bodies together. 2. To strike repeatedly.

بائيني bāʼinī H s. f. A basket in which snakes are carried about for show.

باسنا bāsnā S̱. (or vāsanā वासना) s. f. Desire, inclination, choice. ¶ bāsnā (वासन r. वास Perfume) v. a. To scent, to perfume.

بهتيانا bhutiyānā S̱. (from بهوت) v. n. To be like a devil.

بندري bandrī वानरी S̱. s. f. A female mon- key.
