هتيا hattyā H s. or interj. (dakh.) Sigh, alas! see آه āh.

هول hūl H s. f. A thrust, stab, an attack. هول دينا hūl denā, v. a. To goad, thrust, push, drive, impel, urge.

هڙهہ پنا huṛh-panā H s. m. (dakh.) See هڙپنا huṛ- panā.

هشيار hush-yār P (contract. of هوشيار) adj. Intelligent, prudent, acquainted, cautious, alert, watchful, awake, in senses, abstinent, sober; (be) cautious, take care. هشيارکرنا hushyār karnā, To make acquainted, to caution, put on oneʼs guard.

همواري hamwār-ī P s. f. Evenness, levelness, flatness, smoothness.

هشتمي hasht-umī P adj. Eighth.

هتيا हत्या hatyā S s. f. Murder, slaughter.

هلکارنا hulkārnā H v. a. To set on (as a dog on a bull), to instigate, to halloo on.

هنگامه hangāma P s. m. 1. An assembly, a crowd. 2. Tumult, uproar, riot, sedition, disturbance, disorder. 3. Assault. هنگامه آرا hangāma-ārā, adj. Exciting tumult. هنگامه کرنا hangāma karnā, To raise a disturbance, to riot. هنگامه گير hangāma-gīr, adj. Tumultuous, &c.
