محتسب muḥtasib A (part. act. VIII. of حسب) s. m. 1. A censor. 2. Superintendent of weights, measures, and provisions.

ماليده mālīda P (from ماليدن) s. m. Bread or cakes made with flour, milk, butter, sugar, &c. (or, wheaten cakes, dried, pounded and mixed up with ghī and sugar. Qanoon-e-islam).
