مفسد mufsid A (part. act. IV. of فسد) A seditious person, author of evil, mischiefmaker, mis- chievous, noxious, incendiary. مفسدپن mufsid- pan, s. m. Litigiousness, seditiousness.

ميلان mailān A (or mayalān, from ميل) s. m. 1. Inclination, affection, respect, regard. 2. Loving.

مقرر muḳarrar A (part. pass. II. of قرّ Heb. and Aram. ) adj. Established, fixed, ascertained, certain, infallible, unquestionable; appointed, employed; adv. Certainly, assuredly, positively. مقررکرنا muḳarrar karnā, To fix, settle, establish, ascertain, secure, appoint, employ, appropriate, assign.

مپانا mapānā S̱. (causal of ماپنا) v. a. To cause to be measured. S̱. H. مپت کهپت mapat khapat, s. f. Measure.

مـﮩتمم muhtamim A (rather مـﮩتم muhtamm, part. act. VIII. of همّ) Taking on oneʼs self the concerns of others; (subst.) Commissioner, agent, trustee, inspector, superintendent.

مرحب marḥab A (from رحب Heb. ) 1. s. m. Amplitude. 2. adj. Large, spacious, wide.

مردانه mard-āna P 1. adv. Like a man, manfully. 2. adj. Manly, manlike, brave. 3. Male (as, male apartments, &c.).

مرقوم marḳūm A (part. pass. of رقم Heb. ) adj. Written, described, inscribed, above-men- tioned, above-cited.

مينا mīnā P s. m. 1. A goblet, a glass, a de- canter. 2. A blue colour. 3. Enamel. 4. Heaven, the azure vault, paradise. 5. The blue stone, blue vitriol, caustick. مينا کار mīnā-kār, An enameller. مينا کاري mīnā-kār-ī, s. f. Ena- melling.

مشارک mushārik A (part. act. III. of شرک) s. m. A comrade, associate, partaker.
