لپيٿ lapeṭ H (from لپيٿنا) s. f. m. A fold, a ply, envelope, twist, bandage, fillet. لپيٿ جهپيٿ يا سپيٿ lapeṭ-jhapeṭ or -sapeṭ, s. f. Evasion, subterfuge.

لاکهہ lākh S̱. 1. (लाक्षा) s. m. Gum lac, a kind of wax formed by the Coccus lacca. لاکهہ لگانا lākh lagānā, To shut up or conceal. 2. (लक्ष) adj. A hundred thousand.
