لتي lattī H s. f. 1. The string of a childʼs top. 2. A cloth tied to the end of a pole to direct the flight of pigeons. 3. A kick when swimming. لتي کرنا lattī karnā, To run away.

لتهاڙنا lithāṛnā H (causal of لته؟نا) v. a. To drag- gle.

لٿس luṭas S̱. (r. लुट Plunder) s. f. Plundering, ruin, devastation.

لت lat H 1. s. f. Bad habits, whim, whimsey. 2. in compos. contract. of لات lāt, Kick. لت خور lat-ḵẖor or لت خورا lat-ḵẖorā, (1.) adj. Kicked, beaten. (2.) Contemptible, mean. (3.) (substantively) A slave. (4.) A threshold. لت زده lat-ẕada, adj. Of bad habits, vicious. لت کوب lat-kob, adj. Beating, cudgelling. لت کندن lat-kundan, Ignominious treatment. لت کهانا lat-khānā, To suffer a kick or beating. لت مردن کرنا lat-mardan karnā, To trample or tread on. لت مردن مين پڙنا lat-mardan meṅ paṛnā, To be trampled under foot or disgraced.

لوٿن loṭan S̱. s. m. 1. (see لوٿنا loṭnā) A tumbling. 2. A kind of pigeon, tumbler. 3. A bush.

لپٿنا lipaṭnā H or lapaṭnā, v. n. To cling, to ad- here together, to stick.
