کابر kābir A (part. act. of کبر Heb. ) adj. Great, grand, illustrious.

گہنا gahnā ग्रहण S̱. 1. v. a. To lay hold of, to handle, to seize, to catch, to take. 2. To blush. 3. s. m. Jewels, ornaments. 4. Pledge, pawn.

گهلانا ghulānā H v. a. (dakh. i. q. فريب دينا) To allure, entice, deceive.

کهوٿنا khūṭnā H v. a. To pluck, to pick the leaves, &c. of vegetables.

گيالي gayālī S̱. (गया City so named, and आलय House) s. m. A class of Gayā Brāh- mans, who officiate in certain religious cere- monies performed by pilgrims at that place.

کٿي कुटी kuṭī S s. f. A cottage, hut. कटी kaṭī, s. f. The reins, the loins, waist. See کٿ kaṭi.
