کوهستان koh-istān P s. m. 1. A mountainous country, highland, a forest. 2. عراق iﻌrāḳ, or ancient Parthia.

گزک gazak P s. f. A relish (eaten with wine, &c.), a devil.

کچو kachchū H s. m. Name of a plant. (Arum colocasia).

گهمانا ghumānā S̱. (caus. of گهومنا ghūmnā, q. v.) v. a. 1. To turn round, whirl round, wheel, roll, brandish, circulate, encircle. 2. To beguile, to delude. گهمانا پهرانا ghumānā phirānā, To pre- varicate.

کهو khau H s. m. (dakh.) A subterranean store- house or vault for grain.

کهنتي khantī खनित्र S̱. s. f. A paddle for dig- ging the ground, a dibble.

گنوان गुणवान् guṇwān S adj. Possessed of talent or virtue; virtuous, accomplished, skilful.

کرته kurta P s. m. A kind of tunick, a shirt, waistcoat, or jacket.

کهجلانا khijlānā H 1. v. a. See کهجانا khijānā. 2. v. n. To get angry.

کام دهين कामधेनु kām-dhenu S 1. n. prop. Name of a cow, belonging to Indra, that grants every thing requested of her. 2. A cow that gives much milk.
