کلاوه kalāwa P s. m. A skein or ball of thread; the band round the elephantʼs neck in which the driver fixes his feet. The elephantʼs neck: Gilch.

کودو kodo कोद्रव S̱. s. m. Name of a small grain. (Paspalum frumentaceum: Kœn. M.S.).

گيان gyān S̱. (ज्ञान r. ज्ञा Know) s. m. 1. Know- ledge, understanding, intelligence, intellect, knowing. 2. Knowledge of a specifick and re- ligious kind, which tends to exempt the soul from further transmigration. گيان دوڙانا gyān dauṛānā, To meditate deeply.

کلپنا kalapnā H v. n. To be grieved, to grieve. S̱. کلپوج (कुल Family, and पूज्य To be worship- ped) kul-pūj, The object of worship or of reve- rence of a family; a family priest.
