گوجري gūjrī गुर्ज्जरी S̱- s. f. 1. Name of a rāgiṇī or musical mode. 2. The female of گوجر gūjar, q. v. 3. Name of an ornament worn on the wrists and feet. 4. An earthen image re- presenting a milkmaid.

گگن गगण gagaṇ S s. m. Sky, firmament, heaven. گگن کي بچي والي مرغي gagaṇ ke bach- che wālī murg̠ẖ-ī (dakh.) The pleiades.

گاي gāʼe S̱. (Sans. गौः) s. f. A cow. گاي کاگوشت gāʼe kā gosht, Beef.

کجک kajak P s. f. The iron instrument used in driving elephants.

گنيس गणेश gaṇes S The name of a Hindū di- vinity. The Janus of the Hindūs. The god of wisdom, represented with an elephantʼs head and attended by a rat. He was the son of Mahādeva and of a daughter of the mountain Himālaya, and is invoked at the commence- ment of every affair of consequence. S. گنين guṇ-iyan, adj. (in Braj) plur. of گني guṇ-ī, q. v. S. گو गो or गौ go or gau, s. m. f. A cow, one of the cow kind.

کونه कोण koṇa S s. m. A corner, an angle. کونه دار kona-dār, Cornered, angular. کونه کتهرا kona-kuthrā, s. m. A corner of a room, house, &c.
