کاسب kāsib A (part. act. of کسب) s. m. An artist, a tradesman.

کرامت karāmat A s. f. 1. Generosity, magni- ficence, nobleness, excellence. 2. A miracle. (Plur. کرامات karāmāt).

کمينگي kamīna-gī P s. f. Meanness, baseness, lowness of birth.

گوجي gūjī गोजेय S̱. s. f. A stick, a club.

گوڙيا gauṛiyā S̱. s. m. Inhabitant of Gauṛ; hence, the followers of Chaitanya of Nadiyā are so called. This philosopher flourished about the year 1407 of Sālivāhana. He was by birth a Brāhmaṇ; and, having become a Sannyāsī, maintained that the doctrines of the Vedas had been hitherto misunderstood, and explained them in a manner peculiar to himself. His sect is a branch of the Vaish̤ṇava or worshippers of Vish̤ṇu. His disciples in various parts of India are said to amount to five millions. His fol- lowers believe him to have been an incarnation of the deity.

کرنا karnā H s. m. Name of a kind of citron. (Citrus).

گاهگ gāhak S̱. (Sans. ग्राहक r. ग्रह Take) s. m. A chapman, purchaser, taker or seizer.

گلباه galbāh S (गल Neck, and बाहु Arm) s. f. An embrace, throwing the arms on the neck.

گل چکان gul-chikān P s. m. The flowers of ma- hūʼā (Bassia latifolia: Roxb.).

گهڙونچي ghaṛonchī S̱. s. f. A stand for water- pots, &c.
