کندي kundī H s. f. The act of calendering (cloth). کندي کرنا kundī karnā, 1. To calender (cloth). 2. To beat, to cudgel. کنديگر kundī- gar, s. m. A calendrer.

کتاٴي katāʼī S̱. (from کتانا) s. m. Spinning, the price paid for spinning. کتاٴي کرنا katāʼī karnā To spin.

کب kab S̱. 1. (कदा) adv. When? کب تک يا تلک يا تئين kab-tak, or -talak, or -taʼīṅ, adv. Till when? How long? کب کب kab kab, adv. When? کب کا kab kā, or کبکي kabke, or کب کي kab kī, Since when? Of what time? کبلو kab-lo, Till when? How long? 2. (कवि) s. m. A poet. ¶ kub (कौब्ज्य) s. A hump.

کهچوانا khichwānā H (caus. of کهچنا khichnā) v. a. To cause to draw, &c.

گهاٴوگهپ ghāʼū-ghap H adj. Living from hand to mouth, improvident, spendthrift.

کهل खल khal S s. 1. A worthless person, a ma- licious person. 2. An oil-cake. 3. A pit.

گرنا girnā H v. n. To fall, to drop, to sink, to tumble down, to be spit. گرتي پڙتي girte paṛte, With difficulty, with much ado.

کدار بسنت kidār-basant S̱. (केदारवसन्त or comp. of کدارا and بسنت) s. m. Name of a musical mode.

گجني gajnī H s. f. Bole, earth.
