گهنسنا ghuṅsnā H v. n. (dakh.) See گهسنا ghusnā.

کن kun A v. imper. (of کان kāna) Be. کن فيکون kun fa-yakūn, Be, then it is. (A phrase attri- buted to the Creator).

کهيسنا khīs-nā H (from کهيس) v. n. To grin.

گاجا باجا gājā bājā S̱. s. m. The sound or clan- gour of various musical instruments. See باجا bājā (which latter word often precedes).

کوٿنا kūṭnā कुट्टन S̱. v. a. 1. To pound, to beat, to bray, to macerate. 2. To cudgel.

کرپا kirpā S̱. (कृपा kr̤ipā, r. कृप Shew com- passion) s. f. Favour, kindness, pity, compas- sion, mercy, affection, bounty. کرپا سنده kr̤ipā- sindhu, Ocean of grace or mercy. کرپا ناتهہ kr̤ipā-nāth, Lord of kindness or mercy. کرپا ندهان kr̤ipā-nidhān, Abode of mercy.

گم gum P adj. 1. Lost, wanting, missing. 2. Distracted. گم شده gum-shuda, adj. Lost. گم کرنا gum-karnā, 1. To lose. 2. To be proud. گم کرده gum-karda, adj. Having lost. گم گشته gum-gashta, adj. Lost. گم نام gum-nām, Wanting name, nameless, anonymous, ignoble, in- glorious.

کهٿيا khaṭiyā S̱. (खट्वा or खट्टि) s. f. 1. A bedstead. 2. A bier. خداکري اسکي کهٿيا نکلي ḵẖudā kare uskī khaṭiyā nikle, God grant his bier may be carried out, or he may die (a com- mon form of cursing).
