گودڙ gūdaṛ H s. m. 1. A quilt. 2. A bundle of old clothes. 3. Any old tattered clothes. 4. A kind of silk stuff. گودڙ خيل gūdaṛ-ḵẖail, adj. (applied only to females) Foolish, unman- nerly, rude. گودڙ سينا gūdaṛ sīnā, To stitch together. گودڙ کالال gūdaṛ kā lāl or گودڙ مين گندوڙا نکلنا gūdaṛ meṅ gandauṛā nikalnā, Good proceeding from evil.

گندک gandak S̱. (see گندهک) s. f. Brimstone. گندک کا عطر gandak kā aﻌt̤r, Sulphurick acid.

گيلا gelā H adj. Simple. ¶ gīlā, 1. adj. Moist, damp, wet. 2. s. m. Name of a wild creeper. (Mimosa scandens).

کهيلنا khelnā खेलन S̱. v. a. To play, to sport.

کنپٿي kanpaṭī कर्णपट्टिका S̱. s. f. The tem- ple (the upper part of the side of the face).

کاني kānī H s. f. Resentment, spite.

کاچهـ kāchh S̱. (Sans. कच्छ) s. m. 1. A cloth worn round the hips passing between the legs and tucked in behind. 2. The upper part of the thigh.

گردانک gardānak P s. f. The pointers (two stars in the great bear). P. H. گرداننا gardān-nā, v. a. To conjugate, to turn, to inflect.

کرام kirām A s. plur. (of کريم) Noble, generous, eminent. ¶ kurām, 1. adj. Great, high in rank or authority, venerable. 2. s. m. Magni- tude, dignity, authority. ¶ kurrām, adj. Most noble, most generous. کرام کاتبين kirāmuṉ kā- tibīn, Recording angels.

کپٿي कपटी kapaṭ-ī S adj. 1. Insincere, false, deceitful, hypocritical. 2. Adulterated.
