کپالي kapāl-ī S See s̱. کپاري kapārī. کپالي آسن kapālī-āsan, An attitude of faḳīrs in worship, standing on their heads. کپالي کريا kapālī-kriyā (कपालक्रिया) A ceremony among Hindūs. When a dead body is burning and nearly re- duced to ashes, the nearest relation breaks the skull with the stroke of a bamboo and pours melted butter into the cavity.
