کناره kināra P (or prop. kanāra) s. m. Side, margin, shore, strand, bank (of a river, &c.), beach, border, coast, part, limit, boundary, edge. کنارا پکڙنا kinārā pakaṛ- nā, To retire. کنارا کرنا kinārā karnā, v. a. To abstain, to refrain, to keep aloof, retire or with- draw (from), to lay aside. کناره کش kināra- kash, Withdrawing. کناري kināre or کناري پر kināre par, Aside, ashore. کناري چڙهنا kināre chaṛhnā, v. n. To run ashore, to strand. کناري هوجانا kināre ho-jānā, To retire, to withdraw.

گواره guwāra P (or gawāra) adj. 1. Palatable, digestible. 2. Agreeable, plea- sant. گوارا کرنا gawārā karnā, To bear, endure, submit to, to take (upon oneʼs self trouble, &c.).

گهول ميل ghol-mel S̱. s. m. Mixture, mixing.

کسافت kasāfat A (from کسف Heb. and Chald. To become pale) 1. Sediment. 2. Ob- scuration, an eclipse (especially, of the sun).

کروير करवीर karavīr S s. A fragrant plant. (Oleander or Nerium odorum). See کنير kaner and کنيل kanel.

گهتيا ghatiyā घातक S̱. s. m. Murderer.

کامگار kām-gār P 1. adj. Effecting or obtaining whatever is desired, absolute, powerful, uncontrolled. 2. A beast or bird of chase that al- ways catches its game.
