کرسي kursī A s. f. 1. A chair, a stool, a seat, a throne. 2. The eighth heaven, or according to some the ninth, the throne of God. 3. The name of a place, within about fourteen miles of Lakhnau, the inhabitants of which are said to be foolish or mad. کرسي کاهي kursī kā hai, He is from Kursī, i. e. he is mad or foolish. کرسي نامه kursī-nāma, A genealogical tree. کرسي نشين kursī-nishīn, Established in office, enthroned; verified.

گلبہي gal-bahī S̱. (from गल Neck, and बाहु Arm) s. f. Throwing the arms on the neck.

کهبنا khubnā H v. a. 1. To affect, to pene- trate, to stick into. 2. To adorn.

گهچ پچ ghich-pich H adj. Thick, confused, muddy. گهچ پچ بکنا يا بولنا ghichpich-baknā, or -bolnā, To speak thick.

کهکهہ khukh H adj. Poor.

گزيدن gazīdan P inf. or verb. n. Biting, to bite.

کهنتي khantī खनित्र S̱. s. f. A paddle for dig- ging the ground, a dibble.
