کنوڙا kanauṛā H adj. See کنونڐا kanaunḍā. کنوڙا کرنا kanauṛā karnā, To gain ascendancy over another, or make him stand in awe.

کويل koyal कोकिल S̱. s. f. 1. Name of a bird. (Cuculus). 2. A flower. (Clitoria ternatea).

گوتي got-ī S̱. adj. One of the same stock or fa- mily, a relative.

کهونکهنا khonkhnā S̱. (Sans. खक्खन) v. n. To cough.

کهن khan S̱. 1. (खंड) s. m. Division of a house, story, flight of rooms: see کهنڐ. 2. (खनि) A mine. 3. (for क्षण) A certain day of the fortnight, as the full, change, &c. of the moon, or a name given to certain days in the lunar fortnight. ¶ khin (for खिन्न) adj. Distressed, suffering pain or sickness.

کف kuf A. (for کفؤ‎) adj. Like, equal.

گهوٿي ghūṭī H s. f. See گهونٿي ghūnṭī.

گويان goyāṅ P part. act. (from گفتن) Saying; speaker; adv. As you would say, as if, one would say, thus.

کمينگي kamīna-gī P s. f. Meanness, baseness, lowness of birth.

کلکم kalkam H s. (dakh. i. q. دوا کا کاجل) Lamp- black used as a medicine for the eyes(?).
