کهلاٴو khilāʼū S̱. (from کهلانا) 1. s. m. Giver to eat, feeder. 2. adj. Causing to bloom.

کل بوڙ kul-boṛ कुलबोल S̱. adj. One who dis- graces his family.

کليس kales क्लेश S̱. s. m. 1. Sickness, pain, trouble, distress, vexation, affliction, torment. 2. (Hind.) Quarrel, contention.

کثير kas̤īr A (from کثر) adj. Many, much, abun- dant, fruitful. کثيرالعيال kas̤iru-l-iﻌyāl, Having a large family.

کارتک कार्त्तिक kārtik S s. m. Name of a month. See کاتک kātik.

کہ‍ار kahār कर्मकार S̱. s. m. A palanquin- bearer.

کندوري kandūrī P s. f. 1. A linen (or leather) tablecloth. 2. A feast held in honour of Fāt̤i- ma, of which only women (and those the most virtuous) can partake; no male is ever per- mitted to see the food dressed on this occasion and set apart for an offering to the prophetʼs daughter. 3. Name of a gourd: see بنب bimb.

کهڙوا khaṛūʼā H s. m. An ornament worn on the wrist, a bracelet.

گانتهنا gānthnā ग्रंथन S̱. v. a. To lay bricks in mortar, to string, to put or tie in order on a string, &c.

گڐهہ gaḍh S̱. (Sans. गड A screen, ditch, &c.) s. m. A fort, a castle. See گڙهہ.
