کوبه koba P (from کوفتن) s. m. A wooden instru- ment for beating terraces, &c. with. کوبه کاري koba-kār-ī, s. f. Thumping.

کٿاسا kaṭ-āsā S̱. (from کاٿنا To cut or bite, and आशा Desire) adj. Inclined to bite.

گوڙي gauṛī H s. f. Name of a rāgiṇī or musical mode. See گوري gaurī.

کشيدن kashīdan P verbal n. or inf. To draw, drawing, enduring, suffering.

گاهنا gāhnā H v. a. 1. To calk, to thrash, to tread. 2. To inquire, to search, to seek. گاه گاه gāhi gāhi, plup. part. Having inquired or sought repeatedly.

کڙکها kaṛkhā H s. m. Encouraging the soldiers in time of battle, by pointing out the good effects of steadiness and valour, extolling the actions of former heroes, &c.: war-song to encourage combatants.

کهرني khirnī S̱. (क्षीरी or क्षीरिका) s. f. Name of a fruit and tree. (Mimusops kauki).
