کرتارتهہ कृतार्थ कृत Done, and अर्थ Pur- pose kr̤itārth S. adj. Successful, having obtained oneʼs purpose or accomplished oneʼs design. S. کرتال करताल (कर Hand, and ताल تال q. v.) kartāl, s. f. A musical instrument, a kind of small cymbal (the word may also imply beating time with the hand).

گرز gurz P s. m. A mace, a sort of iron club pointed at one end and having a knob at the other covered with spikes; a battle-axe. گرز بردار gurz-bardār, A mace-bearer.

گوپهيا gophiyā H s. f. A sling (for throwing with).

گنج ganj H s. m. A scaldhead. (Tinea capitis).

کمود kamūd H s. m. The name of a dying drug, being the dust from the outside of the capsules of Rottlera tinctoria; said to be, also, a purga- tive medicine and aphrodisiack.

کڙاڙي kuṛāṛī S̱. (see کلهاڙي) s. (dakh.) An axe.

کهرپا kharpā H s. m. 1. A sandal. 2. The seam of a garment which extends from the armpit down the side. ¶ khurpā, 1. An instrument for scraping grass for horses. 2. The kneepan, patella.

گارنا gārnā गारण S̱. v. a. 1. To strain. 2. To squeeze. 3. To milk.

کپرکوٿ kaparkūṭ S̱. (Sans. कर्पटकुट्ट) adj. Pounded up with rags (clay for making cruci- bles, &c.).

کهلوانا khulwānā S̱. (causal of کهولنا) v. a. To cause to open.
