گردي gard-ī P (in compos.) s. f. 1. Change, re- volution, wandering, travelling. 2. Separation, misfortune, affliction. پادشاه گردي pādshāh- gardī, The dethroning of a king. اشراف گردي ashrāf-gardī, A calamity on all the nobility. پٿهان گردي paṭhān-gardī, The invasion of the Paṭhāns under Aḥmad Shāh Durrānī.

کم نيت kamnait P. (from کمان) s. m. An archer.

گهيرا gherā H (from گهيرنا ghernā) 1. adj. Round, surrounded. 2. s. m. A circle, a circumfer- ence, a siege, blockade, a fence. گهيرا ڐالنا gherā ḍālnā, To surround, to lay a siege, besiege. گهيري مين پڙنا ghere meṅ paṛnā, To be surrounded.
