کام د يو कामदेव kām-dew S or kāma-deva, s. m. The god of love, the Indian Cupid. He was the son of Vish̤ṇu and Rukmiṇī, and husband of Rati (or Venus). Having offended Mahā- deva, he was destroyed by the flame from the
