کوٿها koṭhā S̱. (कोष्ठ An apartment) s. m. A house built of burnt bricks or stone, a story, a floor.

کٿايا kuṭāyā H s. m. Solanum jacquini. Willd.

کرمچاري karamchārī कर्म्मचारी S̱. s. m. An inferiour officer to collect the revenue from a certain division of a village, the village ac- countant.

کودک kodak P s. m. A boy, youth, youngster, stripling. (Pers. plur. کودکان kodakān).

کنکر किंकर kinkar S s. m. A slave, a servant.

گاه gāh S̱. (Sans. ग्राह) s. An alligator, a shark.

کهونچي khonchī H s. f. 1. Any thing stuffed into another, as grass into thatch. 2. Trifling pur- chases. 3. Part of grain which is to be parched taken as pay by the person who parches it. 4. Something paid by those who draw water at a well to the bihishtī, who attends there with his bucket, for the use of it.

گہر guhar P s. m. A gem, essence, &c. See گوهر.

گذربان guẕar-bān P s. m. A ferryman, a guard of a pass or road.

گايتري गायत्री gāyatrī S s. f. A prayer repeated by Brāhmaṇs with the rosary.
