کهديڙنا khadeṛ-nā S̱. v. a. To pursue, to hunt.

گنجيا ganjiyā H s. f. A wallet, a bag (in which grass-cutters keep their sickle, &c.).

گدها gadhā गर्दभ S̱. s. m. An ass. گدها پورنا gadhā pūrnā, s. m. Boerhavia diffusa.

گهنگونا ghungaunā H s. m. A plaything.

گٿکا guṭkā गुटिका S̱. s. m. 1. A ball prepared by devotees, by putting which in their mouths they are supposed to become invisible. 2. A sweetmeat swallowed as a bolus without chewing. 3. A small book worn as an amulet.

گهرني ghirnī S̱. (from घूर्ण) s. f. 1. A pulley. 2. An instrument for twisting ropes. 3. A kind of pigeon, the tumbler. ¶ ghirnī khānā, To go round. ¶ ghurnī (from घूर्ण) s. f. A ver- tigo, swimming in the head, rolling. ¶ gharnī (for गृहिणी) s. f. A wife.

گهونٿ ghūnṭ H s. m. A gulp, a draught, pull.

گود god S̱. (क्रोड Bosom, &c.) s. f. The lap,

کهاوميت khāʼū-mīt S̱. adj. (dakh. i. q. حرصي) Greedy (?).

گونه gūna P s. m. Colour, form, species, figure, modes, manners, kind. (In compos. as) يک گونه yak-gūna, adj. Single, simple. دوگونه do-gūna, adj. Double, twofold.
