عبادت iﻌbādat A (from عبد) s. f. (dakh. s. m.) Divine worship, adoration, obedience, service. (Plur. عبادات). A. P. عبادتگاه iﻌbādat-gāh, s. f. Place of worship.

A written petition. عرض کرنا aﻌrẓ karnā, To represent, offer, pro- pose. 2. Breadth, latitude. عرضدار aﻌrẓ-dār, Broad. 3. A military muster. ¶ aﻌraẓ, s. f. 1.

عفونت uﻌfūnat A (from عفن) s. f. Corruption, in- fection, stink, fetidness.

عشقي iﻌshḳ-ī A. adj. Amatory, relating to love; lover.

علي aﻌlī A adj. High, eminent, noble; a proper name, especially of Muḥammadʼs son-in-law. ¶ aﻌlạ̄, adv.
