طبانچه t̤abāncha P s. m. A slap, a blow, a box.

طفل t̤ifl A s. m. An infant, a child, a young ani- mal. (Plur. Arab. اطفال Pers. طفلان). A.P. طفلانه t̤ifl-āna, adj. Childish, like a child.

طره t̤urra A (from طرّ) s. m. 1. An ornament worn in the turband, a tuft, crest. 2. A ringlet, a curl. 3. A nosegay.

طبله t̤abla A s. m. 1. A small tambourin. 2. A wooden dish, or large platter, generally of wood and painted, on which fruits, perfumes, &c. are exposed for sale or as presents.

طالح t̤āliḥ A (part. act. of طلح) adj. Wicked, vil- lainous.
