آواره āwāra P adj. Vagabond, wanderer, disso- lute. آواره هونا āwāra honā, To wander, to be distressed, to be oppressed, to be miserable. آواره کرنا āwāra karnā, To make a wanderer, to expel, to harass. آواره گردي āwāra-gard-ī, s. f. Vagrancy, wandering about. (Plur. آوارگان).

اهيري ahīr-ī आभीरी S̱. s. f. A female of the ahīr cast, a cowherdʼs wife: see اهير ahīr.

استکمال istikmāl A (inf. x. of کمال) s. m. 1. Seeking the completion or perfection (of any thing). 2. Completion, bringing to perfection.

اتروانا utarwānā S̱. (caus. of اترنا) v. a. To cause to descend or alight.

افگن afgan P part. in compos. (of افگندن) Casting, throwing down, casting forth.

احتمال iḥtimāl A (inf. viii. of حمل Heb.and Syr. He bore) s. m. 1. Act of bearing or sup- porting. 2. Doubt, uncertainty. 3. Proba- bility, conjecture. احتمال کرنا iḥtimāl karnā, To doubt, to impute. احتمال هونا iḥtimāl honā, To be probable.

آب کوثر āb-i-kaus̤ar P s. The water of the river Kaus̤ar, fabled to flow in paradise with milk or nectar.

انار anār P s. m. A pomegranate (Punica gra- natum); a kind of fire-works.

اگہي āgahī P s. f. Same as آگاهي āgāhī, q. v.
