رافضي rāfiẓī A (part. act. of رفض To reject) s. m. A heretick, particularly a شيعه shīʼaﻌ, q. v.

ريوڙي rewṛī H s. f. A kind of sweetmeat. ريوڙي کي پهيرمين پڙنا rewṛī ke pher meṅ paṛnā, v. n. To be involved in difficulties. (This alludes to a game founded on the principle of geometrical progression, wherein one party bets that he will eat one of these sweet cakes so many times doubled, and is confounded at finding it amount to a quantity far beyond his expectation).

رياحين riyāḥīn A s. plur. of ريحان rīḥān, q. v.

رقت riḳḳat A (from رقّ Heb. To be thin) s. f. 1. Thinness, minuteness, attenuation, sub- tleness. 2. Affection. 3. Pity, sympathy, tenderness. 4. Weeping.

رکت کوڙهـ rakt-koṛh रक्तकुष्ठ S̱. s. m. A kind of leprosy in which the part affected is red.

ريجهنا rījhnā S̱. (from रंजन) v. n. To be pleased, to be gratified, to be delighted.
