رنگي rang-ī P. S̱. 1. s. m. A dier. 2. s. f. Chints, the colour of which will not stand washing. 3. A kind of cloth peculiar to Khairābād. 4 See رنگيني rangīn-ī. P. S̱. رنگيلا rang-īlā (or rang-elā, from رنگ) 1. s. m. A rake. 2. adj. Gaudy, fine, showy, airy, buxom.

رسيانا rasiyānā S̱. (from रस Juice) v. n. 1. To be moist, to be juicy. 2. To commence ripening, to ooze.

ريگزار reg-zār P s. m. A sandy region or place.

رباط ribāt̤ A s. An inn, a caravansary.

رانڐا rānḍā रंडा S̱. adj. Barren. (The mangoe fish without roes are so called: and, the word is particularly applied to unproductive trees, such as the male palm, &c.).

رومٿي rūmṭī H s. f. Subterfuge, trick, wran- gling.

راجنا rājnā S̱. (राजन r. राज Shine) v. n. To shine, to be adorned.

رنگيني rangīn-ī P s. f. The being coloured or of various colours, figurativeness, variety, variableness, gaudiness, showiness.

رو rau P part. act. (of رفتن To go) In compos. Going; as, پيشرو pesh-rau, Preceding, going or singing before another. رودينا rau denā, To copulate (used among women).
